Recently re-opened, Maya Bay is the first stop on our Phi Phi island speedboat tour and the most hotly anticipated by the majority of tourists visiting the region.

1st Snorkeling Stop near Ao Nang
With such clear, calm waters it makes sense that you’ll want to explore what is underneath and that is the purpose of our 1st Snorkeling Stop.
Snorkeling Gear is provided for those who are keen and the staff are always there (in and out of the speedboat) ready to help with any assistance that you my need.
Occasionally we have the good fortune of receiving a visit from the local wildlife during our snorkeling stops, and this may include dolphins and other friendly sea creatures.

Feast your eyes on the Macaque Monkeys and Viking Cave
The next stop of the tour takes us to the shallows surrounding Ao Nang where you can view from up close the Macaque Monkeys that populate the region. For animal lovers, this part of the tour is one you can’t miss!
The speedboat will also venture close to The Viking Cave, which is home to the special Birds’ Nests used to make Birds Nest Soup.
Sadly, we are unable to debark and enter the enormous cave but we will show you the magnificent entrance from up close.

2nd Snorkeling Stop
It’s time to get wet again and soak in the sun as we reach the 2nd snorkeling stop on our Phi Phi Island Tour. If you are ‘all snorkeled out’ then we suggest an extended swim, or sunbaking on the glorious sand on the nearby beach.

Our last stop on your tour of the Phi Phi Islands, takes our guests to the beautiful, secluded Bamboo beach. We will anchor up and swim for 30 minutes or so, relaxing, laughing and taking some final photos before heading back to the marina with hundreds of memories that are sure to last a lifetime!

The Simba Phi Phi Speedboat Tours include
Maya Bay, a lagoon swim, followed by two snorkeling stops where you'll enjoy the sights of beautiful corals, swarms of reef life including clown fish, reef sharks, parrot fish and a myriad of other wonderful little creatures that bless our reefs.
Pickup from hotel at approx 5am for a 6am DEPARTURE FROM MARINA and return to hotel at approx 3pm. Hotel pickup complimentary to certain areas in Phuket only. 1000 Baht return trip, per vehicle applies to areas in Phuket outside of this zone. ‘’Simba Sea Trips are amazing’’
My wife and I spent a week in Phuket and we ended up doing two Simba Tours, after being thoroughly impressed by our first tour.
We did the Phi Phi island tour, and the James Bond island tour. Both were amazing and I would recommend doing them both because they were very different from each other. The Phi Phi islands tour had snorkeling and a lot of pristine beach and lagoon locations, while the Jamea Bond island tour had no snorkeling but sea kayaking instead, as well as cave exploration.
Both times the driver showed up at our hotel in Karon beach early, and was very pleasant to deal with. He takes you directly to their office in the Royal Phuket Marina, where a light morning snack is waiting for you (boiled eggs, coffee, crackers, fruit, etc.). There's then a briefing of the tour on a large map that is very comprehensive so that everyone understands the days schedule and can ask questions. Both times the briefing was done by one of the tour guides named Harry who speaks perfect English. The tour guides themselves were amazing, we had Woody on our first tour and Harry on our second tour and I can guarantee that these guys are top notch. They really do avoid all of the masses, for example we were the first ones on the James Bond island, which apparently is very very busy normally. The tour guides know when the popular spots get busy and using the smaller boat (we had approximately 16 people on our first tour and 15 on the second), they are able to get in and out before the masses. The crew on the boat such as the captain and boat boy were always very friendly, often taking candid pictures of us, which they offer to email to you afterwards at no cost. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend.
