Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour
Cancel any tour up to 24 hours before it begins and you receive a full refund — no questions, no fee. We know plans change, and we would rather part on good terms than hold you to a day that no longer works. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable, for the reasons set out below.
Why the policy exists
A late cancellation carries a real cost for a small operator. Our costs for a day on the water are fixed whether the boat is full or not, and we deliberately cap join-in tours at a maximum of 18 adults so every guest has room to breathe. Much of what makes up your day — national park access, equipment, crew, transfers — is booked and paid for ahead of time and cannot be recovered at short notice.
If the weather turns
The sea has the final say, and we listen to it. If Two Sea Tour cancels a departure because the captain judges conditions unsafe — weighing the group's safety, the vessel, the forecast and satellite imagery — you receive a full refund of everything paid, returned on the day the trip was cancelled. If we cannot find you an alternative date during your stay in Phuket, the full amount is refunded.
Illness
If you fall ill and we are able to move you to another date, we will always try to do that first. Where a reschedule is not possible — we are often fully booked because of our small group sizes — the standard cancellation policy applies. If you cancel due to sickness, you may obtain a medical certificate from a doctor; we can then issue a receipt for the amount paid to Two Sea Tour, which most travel insurers will reimburse.
Deposits and payment
Every Two Sea Tour price is all-inclusive: it covers Thai VAT, booking and processing fees, national park fees where they apply, insurance for eligible passengers, hotel transfers within Phuket, food and non-alcoholic drinks as described on each tour, and all the equipment the day needs. At checkout you may either pay the full price to confirm your booking, or pay a deposit to secure your seats with the balance due on the day of your tour. The balance can be settled when you arrive at our base at Soho Pool Club, Boat Lagoon Marina.
