• Booking and passenger details needed to run your tour — name, contact details, age, passport number where required, emergency contact, and any medical or dietary information you choose to share so we can look after you properly.

Payments and booking

Bookings and payments are processed through our booking platform (Bokun) and payment provider (Stripe). Card details are handled directly by the payment provider under its own security standards; we do not store your full card details on our systems.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run tours and the website — for example our booking platform, payment provider, transfer partners, and analytics providers — and only as far as needed to deliver your booking. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you entrust to us.
